Shipping Information

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after. The order enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online.  If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may email us at sales@bestiedogchews.com to inquire if there is still time to modify it.

Our order fulfillment turnaround time is approximately 5-7 days, not including weekends.
