Refunds and Returns

Due to the unique nature of our product, Bestie Dog Chews are considered “Buy at Your Own Risk” items similar to pet food and treats. As such. they are not eligible for returns or refunds if your dog does not like them. Bestie Dog Chews are also not returnable/exchangeable if they are destroyed.
In the unlikely event that your bestie does not enjoy their Bestie Dog Chew, we are happy to put you in contact with a local non-profit pet organization where you can donate your Bestie Dog Chew to another dog in need.
